How We Work

The welfare of your cat is our priority. It is our aim to provide them with the loving care and attention that they have become accoustomed to whilst you are away. Our services are moulded to suit your cats requirements from daily visits to medicating to spending purfect pampering time with them.

We are available 365 days of the year and advise that you book early with your dates to avoid dissappointment, especially during the summer and Christmas period.

Once your dates have been booked there will be an intial meeting for you and your cats to meet myself before you go on your holiday. This will allow us to discuss your cat/s requirements such as their routine, diet, medication etc.... and design a service specifically for them over the agreed period. We will then give you a written confirmation of the total fee, at which point you can either pay us then or leave payment to be collected on our first cat visit.

Please note that Christmas and Boxing Day will be charged at 3 times the daily rate, other Bank Holidays will be charged at twice the daily rate.

Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Keys can be collected on the intial meeting for free. However if keys need to be collected at another time, this journey will be charged at a normal daily rate.

We will provide your cat with the routine and lifesyle that it is used to in its own home environment. On a daily basis their food and water is replenished, dirty litter trays are cleaned, they receive purfect pampering time and any other requirements that they may have.

On the rare occassion that they may require medical attention their regular vet will be contacted and an apppointment made.
